Where do you deliver?
We deliver to serviced mainland areas in the UAE. Enter your complete address at checkout to check delivery availability.
How much is delivery, and when is it free?
Delivery is AED 25. Free shipping is available for qualifying orders of AED 150 or more in Sharjah and Ajman, and AED 154 or more in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Eligibility is calculated at checkout. Select free shipping when offered and check the final charge before confirming your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is normally expected within 2–3 working days. This is an estimate and may vary by area, public holidays or operational delays. See our shipping policy.
How can I enquire about my order or correct my address?

Can I request a return or exchange?
For a change-of-mind return request, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging and condition, and stored according to its label. Contact us before sending anything back. What if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as you discover the issue, with your order number, a description and photos where possible. We will review it and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund. The 24-hour change-of-mind period and unopened-packaging condition do not remove your rights for defective or incorrect items under applicable UAE law.
